Falkensee School
// Timber construction has become increasingly popular in recent years. At the same time, other natural building materials such as straw, cork or clay are coming back into focus because they can be composted at the end of their service life and returned to the material cycle according to the cradle-to-cradle principle. This idea was fully realised in the Rammed Earth school pavilion in Falkensee near Berlin in Brandenburg.
Installation of Waterproofing
If the roof is to be extended at a later date or if the building has to be demolished, the EPDM membrane can be removed from the retaining plates by reverse induction without causing damage and can be reused without hesitation or subsequently recycled accordingly.
